ABOUT THE PROJECT
OUR MISSION
The Eli Kay Project connects people of all backgrounds to the Land of Israel through hands-on agricultural work. Grounded in the belief that working the land fosters a sense of responsibility and belonging, our project inspires Israelis and Jews from around the world to find meaning and purpose through cultivating the land of Israel.
The Eli Kay Vineyard, our flagship program, is home to 3,500 vines rooted in the soil of the Negev. Operated by our partner, Rimon Farms, the Vineyard serves as a center for agricultural therapeutic rehabilitation for individuals with PTSD.
The Eli Kay Project was established in 2022 by the Kay Family to carry on the legacy of their son, Eli Kay HY"D, whose life was tragically cut short in a terror attack in Jerusalem. Eli’s commitment to serving, protecting and nurturing the land of Israel, and particularly the Negev, lies at the heart of our work.
Our vision
The Eli Kay Project envisions a Land of Israel that is actively cultivated and developed by an engaged and committed people. We seek a future in which Israelis and Jews from around the world are meaningfully connected to the land — contributing to its agricultural development, taking responsibility for its growth, and building a stronger, more rooted society for generations to come.

Trevor has been recognized for many years as one of the UK’s leading litigation lawyers.
Ofer Lifshitz
Ofir is an Israeli with a wealth of professional experience and expertise, he is a prominent figure in the legal field.
We are fortunate to have him as a valued member of our board, where he brings invaluable insight and leadership to our organization.
Avital Berger
Avital is a UK-qualified lawyer, with experience both as a litigator and as a business lawyer. As well as ample experience in Israel’s Ministry of Justice.
Ilan Roth
Ilan is a seasoned leader with a passion for community development and fostering Jewish connections.
Ilan brings strong orginisational skills and a wealth of non-profit experience to support the Eli Kay Project.
