the eli kay project
The Eli Kay Project is an Israeli nonprofit focused on cultivating and connecting with the Land of Israel through hands-on agricultural engagement.
The Eli Kay Project was founded in 2022 by the Kay Family to continue the legacy of their son and brother, Eli Kay, who was tragically murdered by a Hamas terrorist. The organization's work is inspired by Eli's commitment to serving and nurturing the Land of Israel.

THE ELI KAY VINEYARD
In 2025, the Eli Kay Project proudly established the Eli Kay Vineyard, a 3,500-vine-strong testament to the power of cultivation, connection and community.
Today the Eli Kay Vineyard, in partnership with Rimon Farms, serves as a therapeutic agricultural rehabilitation program for individuals with PTSD.
Additionally, the Eli Kay Project welcomes volunteer groups and individuals to the Vineyard to find meaning and purpose through working the land.
Planted with the contributions of over 1,300 supporters, the Vineyard represents the Israel Eli dreamed of: united, engaged, and rooted in the soil of the Negev.
